Account Manager
Reporting to: CEO
Department/Unit: Sales
Location: Toronto, Dubai, Riyadh
Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. The Account Manager has overall responsibilities for selling Amanah business technology solutions in a business-to-business environment for the achievement of sales revenue targets. The position will be responsible for developing and retaining Amanah’s current market base, building new market opportunities. This is a Direct Sales role with the Account Manager being responsible for new revenue, cold calling through to contract signature.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales quota through solution discussions with executive level audiences.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve the revenue quota and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Drive sales through proactive cold-calling strategies to assure up sell and revenue development within existing customer base and assure new revenue opportunities with prospective clients.
- Ensure relevant company resources (i.e. pre-sales) are engaged during the sales cycle to ensure maximum opportunity for success.
- Develop and maintain good knowledge of AIP industry issues.
- Follow-up and qualify inbound opportunities received from the web, events, campaigns/programs as requested.
- Make presentations to professional associations to facilitate local credibility.
- Maintain and enhance Amanah’s reputation as an AIP leading solution provider..
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in sales; experience with financial systems would be a benefit.
- Post secondary education in a recognized business program or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent solution selling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- A successful record of forecasting accuracy and ability to utilize the benefits of CRM systems.
