Please read the following before requesting information from AMANAH.

AMANAH is an Internet Service Provider and does not operate a web hosting business, email marketing service, etc. (except for its own corporate website/email) and has no session logs or similar information about the use of its service. AMANAH provides Internet connectivity to many companies that operate web hosting services and Virtual Private Networks. If you have identified an AMANAH IP address and wish to obtain information or make an inquiry about it, you can contact us as follow:


1. Production Orders: Please forward production orders exclusively by email to: [email protected]


2. IP Abuse Notifications: You can report alleged IP misuse via email at: [email protected]. These reports must be verified and contain the name, contact information, IP address, and a detailed description of the violation. Our team will thoroughly review all submitted information and take swift and appropriate action against any violations found.


3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notifications: Amanah accepts DMCA notices via email: [email protected], pursuant to and in compliance with, Sections 41.25(2) and 41.25(3) of the Copyright Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42 (the “Act”). Under Section 41.25(1) of the Act, the notice will be forwarded by our systems, to the person to whom the electronic location identified by the location data specified in the notice belongs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if it was not possible to forward it, then you will receive a subsequent email from us explaining why it was not possible to forward it. We will be retaining records in accordance with Section 41.26(1)(b) of the Act.
