The three pillars are Space (colocation rack space at 151 Front Street West), Rent (leasing servers, switches, firewalls, and storage as a monthly line item instead of a capital purchase), and Manage (Amanah handling monitoring and operations for your infrastructure).
Do I have to take all three pillars?
No. You can take any combination: one pillar, two, or all three. Most clients start with Space and add Rent or Manage as needs evolve. There are no required bundles and no minimum commitment beyond the services you choose.
Can I bring my own hardware and just take the rack space?
Yes. If you already own servers, switches, and networking gear, you can colocate your own equipment at 151 Front Street West and take only the Space pillar. Add the Manage pillar if you want Amanah to handle monitoring and operations.
How does hardware leasing work?
If you need servers, switches, firewalls, or storage, Amanah can lease the hardware to you. Instead of an upfront capital expense, you pay a monthly line item alongside your other ALC services — and Amanah handles the procurement and maintenance.

Can I change my package after signing up?
Yes. ALC is designed to scale with you. Add more rack space, swap hardware, or adjust your managed services scope at any time. Changes are handled through a single conversation with your Amanah account manager, not a renegotiation with multiple vendors.

No. Like all Amanah services, ALC is month-to-month. Add, change, or cancel with standard notice — no required bundles, no lock-in, and no minimum commitment beyond the services you choose.

Is ALC available for businesses outside Toronto?
Yes. The physical infrastructure is at 151 Front Street West in Toronto, but the services are available to any business regardless of location. Remote management and monitoring mean your team doesn’t need to be in Toronto to benefit. Many ALC clients manage their infrastructure entirely remotely.
