Please review the following before requesting information from AMANAH.
AMANAH is an Internet Service Provider (“ISP“) and does not provide web hosting, email marketing service, or similar services for third parties, except for services relating to its own corporate website and email services. Amanah does not retain any user session logs or similar information about the use of its services.
AMANAH provides Internet connectivity and network services to many companies that operate web hosting services and Virtual Private Networks. If you have identified an AMANAH IP address and wish to obtain information or make an inquiry about it, you can contact us as per the method below:
1. Production Orders
Please forward all production orders exclusively by email to: [email protected].
2. IP Abuse Reports
Please forward all reports of alleged Amanah IP misuse by email to: [email protected]. These reports must be verified and contain Your name, contact information, involved IP address, and a detailed description of the violation with the date and time. Amanah will thoroughly review all submitted information in accordance with its policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws to take swift and appropriate action against any violations found.
3. Copyright Infringement Notifications
3.1 Canadian Copyright Act Compliance
As a Canadian company operating according to the Copyright Act. R. S. C., 1985, c. C-42 (Canada), Amanah is a DMCA-Free Company, not subject to the notice-and-takedown provisions of the United States Digital Millenium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Amanah solely complies with Canada’s “Notice-and-Notice” provision under Sections 41.25 and 41.26 of the Copyright Act.
3.2 Copyright Notices
As an Internet Service Provider, Amanah does not routinely monitor, review, or control content through its network. However, Amanah does accept copyright infringement notices by email to: [email protected].
As per Sections 41.25(2) and 41.25(3) of the Copyright Act, upon receipt and verification of a valid copyright infringement request, Amanah shall forward the notice to the client associated with the electronic location identified in the notice. If Amanah is not able to forward the notice, Amanah will notify the complainant that the notice was not able to be delivered and provide an explanation as to why the delivery was unsuccessful.
As per Section 41.26 of the Copyright Act, Amanah retains copyright notices for as long as necessary as required by law period.
